I’m halfway to my goal of losing 50 pounds by my birthday in May, but now I think I’ll be down more than that by the time I am 30.
I started “Operation Deflation” in early September. So far, I have lost all this weight by just changing my eating habits alone. Aside from my daily walks to take Aiden to school, I haven’t done any exercise because I’m having trouble with my left knee.
I am reluctant to share these photos, but I’m sharing them anyway in the hopes of inspiring someone.
My weight is something I’ve struggled with for as long as I can remember. I’m in awe of myself and can’t wait to see the end result!
